Hello Everyone,
On October 23rd, at 2:00 PM PST, 6 TSY Student Members and 6 TSY Staff Members participated in the First EVER in person event.
Many thanks to Master Hwang from USTA Martial Arts for allowing us use of his Dojang space for free this weekend. Many thanks to my Dad, Harish Agarwal for paying for all the parts of the event.
Students started out with a lesson from Jackson Blunt discussing and showing each individual part, and then got into the hands-on part for the actual building of the computer itself.
We talked about the following parts: CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Storage (SSD), PSU, and the Case

Students built the computer by themselves with assistance from the Instructor Jackson, and received course completion certificates at the end.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
The PC is in process of getting donated. We expect it to be donated by the end of November. We hope to host another event sometime soon, we just need money. PARENTS, please consider donating AND/OR checking with your company's matching program. PICTURES AND VIDEOS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN A LATER EMAIL. PLEASE STAY TUNED. The Java Class needs MORE STUDENTS!!! Please reach out to friends and family about enrollment, or we may have to close the class down for a while.
